Exercising

  4. Better sleep: Exercise improve the quality of sleep by reducing stress and anxiety and promoting relaxation.
  5. Weight loss: Exercise helps burn calories and can be an effective way to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

When it comes to exercise, it’s essential to find activities that you enjoy and that fit into your lifestyle. Exercise should be fun and not feel like a chore. Here are some tips for incorporating exercise into your daily routine:
